Trouble Logging In? Try These Steps First
1. Make sure you’re using the same email you signed up with
This is usually the email you used when you registered or paid.
• Check for small typos
• If you have more than one email address, try each one
2. Use the “Forgot Password” link
Even if you think you remember your password, this often fixes the issue.
• Click Forgot Password on the login page
• Check your inbox, spam, and junk folders
• If you don’t see the email after a few minutes, try again
Tip: Copy and paste the new password instead of typing it.
3. Try a different web browser
Sometimes the website works fine, but the browser causes trouble.
If one doesn’t work, try another:
• Chrome
• Safari (especially on iPhones and Macs)
• Firefox
4. Close and reopen your browser
This clears out old information that can block logins.
• Close all browser windows
• Open the browser again
• Return to the login page and try once more
5. Do not rely on saved passwords
If your device fills in the password automatically, it may be using an old one.
• Delete the auto-filled password
• Type or paste your password manually
6. Make sure you are on the correct login page
Please use this login link to log in to your student account:
https://aslchamps.org/student-login/
Old bookmarks or Google search results can sometimes lead to the wrong page.
7. Try a different device
If you’re having trouble on one device, switching can help.
• Phone → try a laptop or desktop
• iPad → try a computer
• Computer → try your phone
8. Check your internet connection
A weak or unstable connection can interrupt the login process.
• Try reconnecting to Wi-Fi
• Move closer to your router if possible
