Designed for the student who has either already completed ASL 2B
or has a solid ASL foundation and has an intermediate level of fluency .
You’ll continue to learn new vocabulary, narrative structures and communication skills,
expanding on your previous experience – all in ASL!

About the Intermediate ASL Class
ASL 3A is for students who have
experienced one or all of the following:
ASL Champs’ ASL 2B class
1 – 1.5 years of a college level ASL class
1.5 – 2 years of consistent exposure to ASL structure and practice
in an ASL-immersion environment
You’re ready for ASL 3A if you have
covered the earlier class skills and can:
Easily recall, express and understand numbers 1-100.
Use intermediate conversational structures comfortably
Explain more complex family relationships
Understand and use numbered ranking systems
Use numbers in a variety of conversational settings
